Arrive from 10:15 AM – Settle in and get ready for the day

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Rewilding: Holistica Movement Method with Jeanette Ida

A progression of sequences inviting you to connect to intuitive, primal movement patterns. Rewilding movement to stimulate your body, mind and spirit.  Safely guided within the framework of the practice. All levels welcome, for everyBODY.

12:00 – 1:00 PM – Lunch Break. Bring your own lunch or enjoy one of the nearby cafés. Options include Mapua Bakery, or Alberto’s and Jellyfish down at the wharf.

1:00 – 2:30 PM – Sacred Healing Belly Dance with Debbie Sumner

Experience the beauty and wisdom of this ancient healing movement practice—no dance experience needed. Just come along and enjoy this playful, fun form of expression.
Guided by Debbie, an experienced belly dancer and yoga teacher, this session invites you to explore the sacred rhythms of the elements through flowing, grounded movement. With a deep connection to breath and body awareness, Debbie creates a joyful, expressive space where you can reconnect with yourself and the natural forces within and around you.

Hip scarves will be available to wear, adding sound, colour, and playful celebration to the experience.

2:30 – 3:00 PM – A moment to rest, reflect, and hydrate.

3:00 – 4:30 PM – Stepping into Sound with Hayley Guinness

Stepping Into Sound: Embodied Movement Silent Disco

Move to Thrive. Step into sound and reconnect with your body through music, movement, and freedom. This is not about performance—it’s about expression, release, and joy. Whether you love to dance or feel unsure, there’s no right or wrong way here. Through gentle practices of embodiment, somatics, and rhythm, we’ll explore how movement calms the nervous system, shifts energy, and nourishes wellbeing. We’ll let the music guide us as we dance free, playful, and deeply connected.
