This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself — gently, tenderly, and with intention. Set against the backdrop of ocean views, flowing water, and forest stillness, Embrace offers a sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Across these four days, you’ll be guided through grounding yoga practices, nervous system nourishment, breath-work, and moments of reflection. But more than just rest, you’ll leave with a toolkit of simple, effective self-compassion and embodiment practices — ones you can weave into everyday life. Whether it’s a breath to centre yourself, a posture to ground you, or a new way of speaking to yourself with kindness — these tools will stay with you long after the retreat ends.
This is your time to soften, to restore, and to remember that you already hold everything you need within.
A gentle daily Rhythm
Our retreat schedule is lovingly curated to nurture your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Each day offers a rhythm of movement, stillness, connection, and spaciousness.
Here's a glimpse of what to expect:
Morning session
• Gentle yoga to awaken and align
• Breath-work to ground your energy
• Yoga Nidra for deep, restorative rest
midday flow
• Nourishing, seasonal meals shared in community
• Time to explore the beauty around you: wander through native bush, dip into waterfalls, enjoy the sauna or heated pool, or curl up with a book in the sun
• Optional workshops on themes like self-compassion, embodied living, and nervous system care
Afternoon & Evening Sessions
• Restorative yoga and guided meditation to unwind
• Sound healing to soothe your senses and settle into stillness
• Silent nature walks, journaling, or creative practices

what’s included
From the moment you step through the door, you can let go. Everything is taken care of: nourishing meals, daily practices, guided activities, and cosy accommodation. All you need to do is show up, breathe, and be.
Premium Room $2,900 NZD
Deluxe Room w/ en-suite $2,400 NZD
Standard Room $2,100 NZD

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 NZD is required to secure your place.
• Final payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
• Payment plans are available by arrangement. All payment plans must be completed in full before the retreat begins.
• Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received and you receive written confirmation.

We understand that life happens. However, as this is a small-group retreat with limited spots, we have the following cancellation terms:
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
• Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to the retreat will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the $500 deposit.
• Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the retreat will forfeit the full payment, unless your place can be filled from the waitlist (in which case, you will be refunded minus the $500 deposit).
• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be offered (including deposit). We are not responsible for any other costs incurred such as travel, insurance, or lost income.
