Next Course: Tuesday 10 February | 6-8pm NZ time | ONLINE
Who is this for?
This course is for you if you want to:
Stop obsessing about food and what you eat throughout the day
Build genuine body confidence and acceptance
Manage anxiety, depression, or disordered eating patterns
Learn to distinguish emotional hunger from physical hunger
Move your body without it feeling like punishment
Connect with a compassionate, understanding community
You don't need a diagnosed eating disorder. You just need to be ready to change your relationship with food, movement, and yourself.
How it works
A series of seven weekly sessions, two hours per week, held online via Zoom.
Each session combines:
→ Yoga and mindful movement that help you reconnect with your body
→ Evidence-based psychology and neuroscience to help you understand how you navigate your world, feelings, patterns of behaviour and relationship with self.
→ Group discussions in a safe, supportive environment
→ Practical tools you can use immediately in everyday life
You'll walk away from each session with skills you can apply right now, not someday, but today. This isn't just theory. It's transformation backed by research and delivered with compassion.
The 4 pillars of transformation
-
Learn to tailor your eating, movement, and lifestyle choices to support your unique physical and mental health needs. Discover how to balance every dimension of your wellbeing physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and creative. Through yoga and meditation, you'll embrace functional movement and self-care techniques that empower you to live vibrantly, not just survive.
-
Your body is a pathway to deeper connection with yourself and others. In this pillar, you'll learn practices that enhance intimacy and nurture meaningful relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself. Through yoga and mindfulness, you'll foster authentic self-discovery and learn what it means to truly be present in your own skin.
-
Discover the power of interoception—your body's ability to send you signals about what it needs. You'll learn how disordered eating disrupts these natural cues, and how to rebuild that connection. Through embodied techniques, you'll recognize hunger, fullness, and learn to manage big emotions without turning to food as the only answer.
-
Understand how your nervous system drives anxiety and depression, and how yoga and meditation can profoundly transform it. You'll learn practical, accessible tools to shift your nervous system state whenever you need to—activating the vagus nerve, promoting relaxation, and building the emotional resilience that lasts beyond the programme.
