Attending Hayley’s yoga class I felt relaxed straight away because of her calm, kind and welcoming presence. I could feel straight away that there were no pretensions in the class and that I was accepted for who I am. I have attended many yoga classes in the past where it felt like people were comparing each other and how well they could practice yoga. I did not feel this in Hayley’s class and it was a welcome change. I found I was able to truly embrace yoga for the first time because of the lovely atmosphere Hayley created.
