Eat Breathe Thrive is a gently held, evidence-informed group space for those navigating a difficult relationship with food, body image, or themselves. We weave together psychology, mindful nourishment, self-compassion, and gentle embodied practices to support steadier ground from the inside out.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about building skills, deepening awareness, and reconnecting with the truth that you are already enough.
