Yoga
Yoga at Stepping Stones is different.
It’s a practice that meets you where you are, designed not to demand more from your body, but to nurture it.
A practice of coming home
In these classes, I invite you to gently explore what it feels like to be in your body, to follow the rhythm of your breath, and to notice the subtle shifts that happen when you give yourself time to pause. This practice is about coming home to yourself, not achieving shapes or striving for complexity.
You won’t find pretzel poses here.
What you will find is the right kind of yoga for you — a nurturing, spacious practice that meets you where you’re at, honours your nervous system, and supports you to feel safe and at ease.
Group Classes
I teach small, restorative group classes where you are supported to arrive exactly as you are. There is no expectation to perform, push, or perfect — just space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
What to Expect
Each class is an opportunity to explore:
Gentle movement
Restorative postures
Mindful breath
Embodied awareness
The therapeutic benefits of slowing down
My approach
I believe each student is their own best teacher. My role is to guide, hold space, and offer practices that support your healing, self-compassion, and reconnection.
My training includes 350 hours in Traditional Hatha, along with additional training in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, Depression, Body Image and Trauma, and pre- and post-natal yoga. You can find the full list of my training here.
